For a requirement without a through bore for the product pipe, there are many standard products available, either weather protected or explosion protected, which can be readily adapted for use on an FPSO.
We have manufactured high voltage and high current slip rings for many years and are experienced with voltages of 11kV and throughput current of 4,000 Amps.
